The former William Penn High School for Girls, now known as Franklin Learning Center High School, is a historic high school building located in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was designed by Henry deCoursey Richards and built in 1908-1909. It is a four-story, brick and limestone building in the Classical Revival-style.
